Оценка потенциала устойчивости развития организации

Аннотация: 

Проблема и цель. В статье представлен обзор литературы и анализ проблемы оценки потенциала устойчивого развития организации.
Цель статьи – описать авторскую методику оценки потенциала устойчивости развития организации и оценить эффективность ее применения в медицинской организации.
Методология. В исследовании применялись такие методы, как сравнительный анализ, метод анализа иерархий Т. Л. Саати, авторская методика оценки потенциала устойчивого развития медицинской организации.
Результаты. В процессе анализа методики самооценки уровня зрелости на пути к достижению устойчивого успеха организации стандарта ISO 9004 был выделен ряд таких проблем, как низкая чувствительность к индивидуальной оценке процессов, отсутствие математического выражения уровня развития отдельных направлений деятельности, отсутствие интегрального показателя, чувствительного к минимальным изменениям.
В статье подробно описана последовательность разработки авторской методики оценки потенциала устойчивого развития организации, а также продемонстрировано применение этой методики в медицинской организации для оценки устойчивого развития в статике и динамике.
Заключение. В заключении сделаны выводы о способах применения авторской методики оценки в практической деятельности руководителя организации.
