Двойной карьерный путь обучающихся-спортсменов как психолого-педагогический феномен

Аннотация: 

Проблема и цель. В статье анализируются психолого-педагогические аспекты проблемы развития двойного карьерного пути обучающихся-спортсменов. Цель исследования – обобщить современные представления о феномене двойного карьерного пути, расширить и углубить знания специалистов, обеспечивающих психолого-педагогическое сопровождение обучающихся-спортсменов.
Методология. Аспективный и научный подходы к исследованию развития двойного карьерного пути обучающихся-спортсменов позволили проанализировать 45 статей из 250 выбранных источников по исследуемой проблеме, размещенных в поисковой платформе Web of Science в период 2017–2021 гг., наиболее полно соответствующих комплексу ключевых терминов: “mental healthˮ, “dual careerˮ, “studentˮ и “sportˮ. В соответствии с целью применяли теоретические методы исследования: сопоставление, конкретизация, обобщение.
Результаты. Представлено содержание понятия двойной карьеры как психолого-педагогического феномена в детско-юношеском спорте. Проанализирован отечественный и зарубежный опыт сопровождения двойной карьеры обучающихся-спортсменов. Рассмотрены варианты структуры программ сопровождения двойной карьеры и отражена социокультурная компонента в организации национальных шкал оценки эффективности двойной карьеры обучающихся-спортсменов. Выявлены противоречия между концептуальными подходами к организации двойной карьеры в исследованиях западно-европейских и восточно-европейских ученых. Указаны взаимосвязанные детерминанты разных уровней (от индивидуального до макроуровня), влияющие на развитие двойной карьеры обучающегося-спортсмена.
Заключение. При достаточной разработанности теории двойного карьерного пути за рубежом имеются различия между концептуальными подходами к организации двойной карьеры в разных странах. Основное различие заключается в содержании программ подготовки обучающихся-спортсменов, а именно психолого-педагогической составляющей. Для России и стран Восточной Европы характерна ориентация на базовые ценности (художественно-эстетическое воспитание, уважение к сопернику, «командный дух» и др.), в США и странах Западной Европы более выражен технократический подход и проявляется доминирующая роль коммерциализации в подготовке обучающихся-спортсменов.
